It's January and if you are anything like me, you want to eat healthier & exercise more. It's all so very stereotypical but it feels like it's an instinct this time of year. I wanted to share one of my favorite Smoothie Recipes. I love this recipe, the smoothie feels very cleansing & soothing. The thing about smoothies is it's more about the ingredients than getting the portions right – you can adjust anything here to be more of what you like or less of what you don't like!
- Raw Honey + Kale Smoothie
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Blueberries (Raw or Frozen)
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (I roughly chop the ginger to help the blender)
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Kale Stalk (stem removed).
Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency.
